Woods Wins DFI President’s Award at the 47th Annual Conference on Deep Foundations (DFI 47)
Paeonian Springs, Virginia – On Oct. 6, Densification Inc. Vice President Chris Woods was honored with the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) President’s Award, a recognition of members who exemplify significant contributions and service to the DFI community. As a DFI member, Woods regularly contributes to DFI podcasts, is a member of the Ground Improvement and Women in Deep Foundations Committees and works as a guest editor for the DFI Journal.

I look forward to continuing both contributing to the organization and working with other geotechnical professionals from around the world.”
Woods was one of three recipients of the President’s Award at DF147, where he served as a technical program co-chair. Recipients were chosen by current DFI president Michael Wysockey, Ph.D., P.E.
