Background:

Rob Shaffer, P.E., Vice-President – Rob started with Densification, Inc. in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University. Rob has successfully overseen more than 500 Dynamic Compaction projects of all sizes in 40 states and the Caribbean, resolving constructability issues on loose sands, uncontrolled fills, liquefiable soils, mine spoil, landfills, sinkhole-prone soils, and collapsible silts. In addition to serving as Vice President of Densification, Inc, Rob has held positions in the company as field superintendent, project manager, estimator, engineer, equipment director, and Vice President. Additionally, Rob is an active contributor to the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCO).
